DELIVERY

• Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days. During busy periods & Bank holidays this may extend to upto 7 working days. Therefore you must allow upto 7 working days for delivery of your order.
• Should your order be out of stock or sold out we will notify you as soon as possible following placement of your order.
• Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received in full.  
• All orders require a signature. If no one is at home a card should be left through your letterbox with details on how to collect your item or rearrange delivery. Orders returned as "Undelivered" will require the delivery charge to be paid for to be resent out by ourselves.
• An email will be sent to you to advise of dispatch and tracking details, please ensure you have given us a valid email addres. We also offer a text service to let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you would like this please enter your mobile number when going through the checkout process.

FREE DELIVERY

For customers whose order is £50.00 or more (Excluding shipping costs) free Standard Delivery is given. This applies to all UK CUSTOMERS ONLY. Excludes Special Delivery, Special Delivery Saturday and ALL European and International orders. Full details can be found on our terms and conditions page.

Delivery charges are as follows and non-negotiable,delivery option must be chosen at checkout,charges are inclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable.
